Child Nominations
If you'd like to nominate your child to be added to our database to join us for days out please follow the guidance on this page.
Who can be nominated?
Our Charity's aim is to give Special Children, who live within East Anglia, memorable trips or days out.

The Special Children criteria relate to children aged from 5-16 years that are disabled, have special needs or are significantly disadvantaged.

Children who have suffered a family bereavement may be nominated and will be placed on the charity for a maximum of 2 years unless removed before this time following a written request submitted by their parent or guardian.

Children nominated due to financial disadvantage may be required to complete an additional form requesting detail of your family income. We reserve the right to decline an application in any instance where a family has significant level of capital or household income.

Accepted Nominations
Once we have reviewed your nomination form, if you're nomination has been successful your child will be added to our Child Database. Once your child has been added to the database they will be eligible to receive invitations to our events throughout the year.

Being added to the database does not guarantee an invitation to every event we hold throughout the year. We currently have over 400 children on our database so we cycle through the database when sending out invitations to events to give every child a fair chance of receiving an invitation to various events.

When you have been added to the database you are also given the opportunity to apply to make use of our holiday caravans and chalets. We ask you to complete a separate form for these if you'd like to attend one of our paid for weeks here.
